This is a guide figure, not a fixed quote. The core build cost is based on real Southwest London project case studies, scaled for garden size, condition and access. Irrigation, plant reconditioning, sourcing and waste bag figures use SW Gardener's own published rates, scaled by garden size; the minimum charge shown for reconditioning and sourcing is an inferred half-day figure, not a confirmed rule. Some figures are shown "+VAT" as published, while the case-study price bands don't state their VAT treatment, so treat the total as indicative until VAT treatment is confirmed throughout. Your actual price depends on access, ground condition, materials chosen, plant sizes and exact specification. A free site visit gives you a firm, itemised number.
