Family Garden Clapham South, SW11
Our clients had recently purchased this property and had been staying with family whilst the refurbishment took place. A baby was on the way and a new puppy too! We had a small window in which to landscape their garden whilst indoor refurbishment works were taking place.

Their wishes were for it to be made a contemporary but practical space. An old rendered brick wall was clad in cedar battens to give an instant impact, rendered beds replaced the larger brick built beds which took up much of the garden, and an overhaul and recycling of the planting to provide all year round colour and interest.
A Brazilian slate patio beautifully completed the the Western red cedar, beds and grass and provided adequate space for seating and barbecuing and playing on the grass.
